In this tutorial we can see how to replace the motor oil in the KTM 390 Adventure, a very simple and quick operation, to be carried out every 12 months or 5000 km. First of all, we wait for the engine to be completely cold, then we remove the lower cover and place a container under the motorcycle. We then unscrew the drain plug with an 18mm wrench, let all the oil in the system drain out, and remove the secondary filter, which should be cleaned of any dirt residue. Finally, we open the main filter cap, insert the replacement, reassemble everything, and pour in the new oil through the appropriate hole.
