To dismantle the engine of the KTM RC 390, first remove it from its housing: this will allow you to disconnect the connectors and pipes attached to the block. Once removed, proceed by loosening the bolts that secure the cylinder and remove it along with the piston inside: this can be detached from the corresponding connecting rod, which can then be freed from the crankshaft.

After removing all components inside the engine block, you can insert the new one and reassemble all previously removed components.

How to Replace the Clutch on a Yamaha YXZ 1000R
