In order to disassemble the engine of the KTM RC 390, you first need to remove it from its housing: this will allow you to disconnect the connectors and tubes connected to the block. Once removed, you can proceed by loosening the screws that hold the cylinder and removing it along with the piston contained inside: this can be detached from the corresponding connecting rod and the connecting rod can then be freed from the crankshaft. Once all the components inside the engine block have been removed, you can insert the new one and reassemble all the previously removed components.
