In order to disassemble the engine of the Kymco People S 125, you need to loosen the screws that fix it to the corresponding supports, disconnecting all the intake and exhaust pipes and also disconnecting the corresponding connectors: once the engine block has been freed, it will be possible to proceed by loosening the screws that fix the cylinder, removing it and accessing the underlying piston. The latter can now be freed from the connecting rod, removing it completely and accessing the crankshaft and all the lower components: after eventually replacing the necessary components, it will be possible to reassemble everything.
