Remove the top box from the rear rack by unlocking it with the key and pressing the release button. Unscrew the black plastic cover. Unclip the rear rack handle. Unscrew the 5 nuts and lift the seat compartment without removing it completely, as you will first need to disconnect the cigarette lighter. Remove the battery cover. Remove the rear mudguard and, in the meantime, disconnect the number plate light. Unscrew the nuts from the footboard and remove the bodywork. Remove the starter pedal and unscrew the cover pins, then the clutch bell nut as shown in the video. Clean the inside of the bell. Unscrew the nut of the variator, slide off the old drive belt, and fit the new one following the direction of the arrow. Proceed in reverse to reassemble everything.
