In this short and simple video tutorial we will see the necessary instructions to be able to reset the service light of the ordinary maintenance of the oil change of a Kymco Downtown 350. First we insert the key and turn on the ignition of the scooter: then we go to press the first button that we find on the left of the instrument panel and keep pressed: then we choose the mileage to reset, going to press the button that we find on the right: keep pressed to reset the kilometers. At this point we can cover the ordinary kilometers again before the next service!

How do you replace the instrument cluster on the BMW R 1200 GS?

In order to replace the instrument panel of the BMW R 1200 GS you have to unscrew the screws that secure the windshield, removing it completely; at this point, the three seeger rings that secure the instrument panel to the frame must be removed. At this point it will be possible to remove the instrument panel from inside its housing by disconnecting the connector at the rear. At this point it will be possible to unscrew the screws that secure the rear part of the instrumentation, removing the old dials and the display. In this way it will be possible to insert the new ones, reinstalling all the instruments.
