To replace the air filter on a Kymco People 150, loosen the screws that secure the cover of the casing located near the rear wheel, just above the transmission. Once the cover has been removed, you can unscrew the screws that secure the air filter inside its casing, completely removing it from its housing. Therefore, you can insert the new air filter and secure it with the appropriate screws; finally, close the casing by fastening the cover with the corresponding bolts.

Next, detach the upper strap, remove the battery, and unscrew the 4 screws securing the airbox cover.
