To replace the belt on the Kymco Grand Vista 250, loosen the bolts securing the cover on the left side of the bike, near the rear wheel. Once this cover is removed, you can access the components underneath: specifically, loosen the central pin of the variator and all the bolts securing the clutch. After these two components are removed, you can slide the belt out of its housing, allowing you to insert a new one along with the corresponding variator and clutch.

How to Reset the Service Light on the Yamaha Xmax 250?
