To change the engine oil on the Kymco Xciting S 400i, first unscrew the oil drain plug located at the central lower part of the bike: this will allow you to collect all the used oil in a suitably positioned container. Next to the drain plug, you will also find the oil filter, which needs to be removed from its housing and replaced with a new spare part. After replacing the filter, top up by pouring in the new oil through a funnel from the breather located on the left side of the vehicle.
