To change the engine oil of the Kymco Downtown 350, loosen the drain plug located at the central lower part of the scooter so that all the used oil can be collected in a suitably placed container. Once all the oil has drained, locate the oil filter, which is on the left side of the scooter. This can then be removed from its housing and replaced with a new one. After replacement, top up by inserting the new oil through the breather located on the right side of the vehicle.
