First, we put the scooter on the center stand and start unscrewing the fixing screws of the rearview mirrors to remove them. Then, we proceed to remove the screws of the visor brackets to remove it. In the case of a new installation, it will be necessary to first fix the brackets, and then attach the windshield to them. Change the Kymco Downtown 125 engine oil and gearbox oil

Below we will see the instructions necessary to carry out the routine maintenance service, replacing the engine oil, the oil filter and the gearbox oil of the Kymco Downtown 125 scooter. First we put our scooter on the central stand and begin to unscrew the engine oil vent bolt, allowing it to drain in a container for about ten minutes; after which we unscrew the screws of the oil filter cover, replacing the cartridge with the new one. At this point we also replace the gearbox oil, by unscrewing the screw of the transmission crankcase, and finally topping up!
