To set the clock on the Kymco Downtown 250, turn the ignition key in the ignition switch to power on the instrument panel. Once the panel is on, press and hold the MODE and FUNC buttons simultaneously. This will cause the hours to start flashing, allowing you to modify them by repeatedly pressing the MODE button. At this point, confirm the change by pressing FUNC. This will make the minutes flash, which can then be adjusted in the same way as the hours.
