Model: Kymco Super 8 125
To replace the variator on the Kymco Super 8 125, loosen the screws that secure the transmission cover located on the left side of the scooter near the rear wheel. Once the screws are removed, you can take off the cover and access the components underneath. The variator can be removed by unscrewing the central nut and subsequently freeing it from the drive belt. At this point, you can insert the new replacement part, reposition the belt, and check that everything functions correctly.
