Replacement of Cabin Air Filter

Model: Lexus IS MK 1 - Years 1998-2005
Part: Cabin air filter

The pollen filter purifies the air in the cabin and is located under the passenger side glove compartment. Obtain a pollen filter identical to the original model. To access it, disconnect the passenger side drawer and move the cover. Remove the filter cover by simply pulling it off, then carefully pull the filter outwards to avoid dust dispersal. Place a cloth on the floor to catch any dirt. Refit the new filter into the housing and close the cover. Reassemble the glove compartment.
