To replace the timing chain tensioner of the LML Star 200, you need to loosen the screws that secure the component to its housing: this will be located at the bottom of the engine cylinder. Once located, you will need to remove the pin in the center of the component and then loosen the 8 bolts located on the sides of the timing chain tensioner. Once all these fastening elements are removed, you can insert the new timing chain tensioner and secure it with screws to ensure that everything works correctly.
