How do you replace the clutch of the LML Star 200?

It will be possible to replace the clutch of the LML Star 200 by loosening the screws that fix the transmission housing located near the rear wheel, on the left side of the wheel. Once the housing is removed, it will be possible to loosen the screws underneath that fix the clutch bell so that it can be removed.

After removal, it will be possible to remove the discs that make up the clutch in order to insert new ones. After installation, all transmission components must be reattached to ensure everything is functioning properly.

How to Reset the Service Light on the Gilera Nexus 500

This video shows the procedure to reset the service light on the Gilera Nexus when the light remains on after a service. The procedure is straightforward and takes less than a minute. To reset the light, press the mode button and the odo/set button simultaneously. While holding them down, turn the ignition key to the ON position. Once the instruments are on, release the buttons and press the mode button once. The maintenance light will illuminate; hold the mode button for a few seconds to reset it.
