Let's find out in this short video the main steps to disassemble and replace the starter motor of the Lml Star 125, but also of the 150. First we go to unscrew the electrical connectors of our starter motor, using a socket wrench ; with the same wrench we go to unscrew the three fixing nuts that we find on the back, as shown in the video. At this point we remove the starter motor from the pins, in order to replace it with the new one (with the original spare); we just have to reassemble everything, applying the reverse procedure!

How do you change the engine oil of the BMW R 1200 GS?

The replacement of the engine oil of the BMW R 1200 GS is carried out by loosening the bolts that secure the skid plate positioned in the lower part of the bike. Once this plate has been removed, it will be possible to unscrew the drain plug below, so that the used oil can be collected inside a suitably positioned container. Next to the drain plug you will find the oil filter, which in turn must be extracted and replaced with a new one. After the replacement, it will be possible to top up from the special vent on the crankcase to the left of the bike.
