How to Replace the Turn Signal Switch on the Mahindra Bolero

Model: Mahindra Bolero MK 1 - Years 2000-2022

To replace the turn signal switch on the Mahindra Bolero, start by removing the steering wheel. Pull off the upper horn part of the steering wheel. Unscrew the steering wheel nut with a socket wrench (make sure the wheels and steering wheel are straight). Use a tool as shown in the video to prevent the steering wheel from coming towards you while pulling it off. Once the steering wheel is removed, take off the plastic around the turn signal switch by unscrewing the screws and disconnecting the connector. After removing the plastic, unscrew the 4 screws of the turn signal switch with a flathead screwdriver. With the old turn signal switch removed, take the new turn signal switch and insert it in the same position as the old one. Screw in the 4 flathead screws and connect the connector. After inserting the new turn signal switch, check if the headlights, turn signals, and windshield wipers work, then reassemble the plastic and the steering wheel using the same procedure as for disassembly.
