In order to disassemble the engine of the Malaguti F10, you need to loosen the screws that fix the engine block to its housing in the center of the frame: once the support screws have been loosened, you can proceed by disconnecting all the connectors and pipes of the intake and exhaust ducts. Once the engine block has been released, you can loosen the screws that fix the cylinder: the latter can now be removed by loosening the screws that fix the piston to the connecting rod and removing it as well. The lower part of the engine can then be opened to access the crankshaft or any other internal components.

How to replace the engine oil in the Kawasaki Versys 1000?
