How to reset the tire pressure sensor on a Mercedes SL

Model: Mercedes Sl MK 7, R231 - Years 2011-2021

Method 1 (Using the buttons on the instrument panel): Turn on the car without starting the engine. Use the two buttons on the instrument panel display to navigate to the screen with the odometer and trip information. Press the upper button (up arrow) to display the tire pressure monitoring. Then, press and hold the reset button to reset the tire pressure monitoring. Method 2 (Using Infotainment): Turn on the car and activate the Infotainment. Navigate to the settings menu and look for the option for tire pressure monitoring. Follow the instructions to activate or deactivate the tire pressure monitoring system. Remember that TPMS mainly alerts to rapid deflations due to punctures, so it is important to regularly check tire pressure and reset the system after checking the tires.
