The symptoms of a malfunctioning car starter motor are very clear, you can feel a real slipping of the same, a consequence of the wear of the brushes, or alternatively there is no impulse because it is burnt out. In the car mentioned in question, the work must be done as indicated in the video tutorial available here: if we look closely, the aforementioned starter motor is located in the rear area of the engine, so to reach it you need to remove the intake manifold, then disconnect the electrical cable connector and finally remove its locking pins.
