How do you reset the Service indicator light on the Mercedes E-Class?

Model: Mercedes Classe E W213 - Years 2016-2023

On the instrument panel of the Mercedes E-Class, the Service light that is displayed can be reset by holding down the HOME button located on the left side of the steering wheel: this will allow access to the menu and navigation using the arrow buttons on the left side, until selecting the settings option. Then you will need to select the "ASSYST PLUS" option and then turn the key to position two: this will allow you to select the "Full service" option and then "Confirm reset". This will allow the light to turn off, completing the operation.
