The tensioner is a very powerful spring; if we disassemble it without locking it, it can snap violently, making reassembly very difficult. The correct solution is to lock the tensioner with a tool that looks like a locking pin, to immobilize the tensioner pulley after loosening it, for which a 16 mm key is needed. Once the tensioner is rotated, the locking pin is immediately inserted to hold it in place; this way, even after removing the key, the tensioner will not move.
