Let's see how to reset the service light on a Mercedes-Benz C-Class W204 with a 4-button steering wheel. Insert the key into the ignition and turn it on. At the same time, press and hold the "R" button and the "+" button. Keep them pressed until the onboard voltage (for example, 12.5 Volts) or the service menu appears on the display. Press the "menu" button to go to "assyst plus"; press "R" to confirm. Now press "menu" to go to "service data/full service". By pressing "R", you will enter the details (service1, service 3, or similar). Press "menu" to go to "confirm service/continue with R" and press "R" to confirm. Select the type of oil you used and press "+" to confirm. The display will say "service done". Press "+" to confirm, and now the display will say "full service completed". Exit the menu, and that's it.
