To reset the service light on the Mercedes V-Class, first ensure that all doors are properly closed, the ignition is in position 1 (that is, the instrument cluster is on with the engine off), and that the display shows the screen related to the mileage.

From here, hold down the two buttons indicated in the video to access the onboard computer menu, then release the centre button and press it again to enter the sub-menu related to maintenance.

Use the same button on the steering wheel to navigate through the options, select "full service", and confirm.
