How to Remove the Emblem from a Mercedes

Learn how to remove the bonnet emblem (the three-pointed star) from the Mercedes GT-R in the video. Stand in front of the bonnet, grip the star firmly with your fingers; rotate the emblem counterclockwise (to the left) until you hear a click.

Once rotated, the emblem will pull upwards. As noted, no tools are needed.

This method works for screw-on bonnet stars, not for glued ones. On older Mercedes or models with a flat front (like the S-Class), removal may require a small plastic tool.

If the emblem is glued (which is rare on Mercedes bonnets but possible on wheels and tailgates), you will need fishing line and heat. Never force with metal tools that could scratch the paint.

How to Activate the Disabled TRC on the Toyota Yaris?

As the video clearly shows, disabling or activating the traction control (TRC or ESP) on the Toyota Yaris is very simple. By default, the traction system activates every time the vehicle is started. To disable it, simply press the button depicting a skidding car located in the centre of the vehicle where the controls are, such as the hazard lights and the radio, but near the handbrake.
