Removing the Mercedes S Panel

Model: Mercedes Classe S W221, MK 5 - Years 2005-2013

Let's see how to remove the door cover panel of the Mercedes S-Class. Disconnect the battery terminals before disconnecting any electrical connectors. Remove the trim near the window and the left side of the door panel. Unscrew the screws located above the panel and inside the internal door handle. Unscrew the remaining screws on the door panel and detach the retaining clips. Pull the panel off by hand and disconnect it from the door (disconnect the power wiring and the opening cable). Perform the desired maintenance inside the door or replace the panel if damaged.
