Removing Front Fender on Mercedes S-Class

Model: Mercedes Classe S MK 4, W220 - Years 1999-2005

Loosen the bolts on the affected front wheel, lift the car with a jack (or two if you have them, lifting the vehicle with one jack on each side), and completely remove the bolts, then take off the wheel. Raise the hood and note that on the side, inside it, there are bolts that secure the fender to the body from above. Remove all of them, then move to the bottom and the wheel well, and remove the other bolts present and take out the various retaining clips. At this point, remove the wheel well liner. Remove the long plastic hook that connects the bumper to the fender. Remove the last screws located between the fender and the door.
