Reset the Service Light on Mercedes E-Class W210

Resetting the service light on your Mercedes W210 is a task you can easily do at home, especially if the light has become annoying or if you have performed the maintenance. First, sit in the driver's seat and turn the key to position 2 without starting the engine, then press the "0" button twice quickly. Now, turn the key back to position 1. Next, hold the "0" button and turn the key back to position 2 without releasing the button, and wait for about 10 seconds. The operation will be confirmed within this time; if it takes longer, you will need to repeat the process correctly.
