How to reset the air conditioning of a Mercedes E-Class w211. First, turn on the instrument panel by turning the key to position 1. From the panel, lower the air conditioning temperature to the lowest level, which is Low (expressed in Fahrenheit in the video). Press the thermal dashboard button for six seconds. At this point, an intermittent signal will turn on. Press the "auto" button. It will give some messages until the screen displays "del," which stands for "delete," deleted. Press the red "up" button on the climate control, and horizontal lines will appear. Turn off the instrument panel. Turn it back on and press "auto," then return to "low" by pressing the blue "down" button. Press the thermal dashboard button again and then the "auto" button until you reach the word "delete." Turn off the panel and remove the key. Put it back in and turn it on. Press "auto," and the temperature will automatically be set to 72°F, which is about 22 degrees Celsius.
