How do you remove the door panel of the Mercedes CLA?

In order to remove the door panel of the Mercedes CLA, you need to use a tool to pry off the chrome trim along the door handle: once this trim is removed, you will be able to locate all the underlying screws, which need to be loosened. Once all the screws have been loosened, they can be completely removed and the panel can be detached; after removing the panel and disconnecting all the related connectors underneath, you can insert the new replacement piece and secure it properly.
