To reset the brake wear indicator light that appears on the Mini's instrument panel, you will need to turn on the instrument panel by turning the key in the appropriate cylinder. Once the instrument panel is turned on, you will need to navigate the menu on the display using the lever at the bottom right of the speedometer. You will need to find the option that concerns the reset of the brake indicator light: by holding down the same lever, a loading bar will appear. When this loading bar is complete, the indicator light will be properly reset and will disappear from the instrument panel.
