How do you reset the tire pressure warning light on the Mini Cooper?

Model: Mini Mini R57, R55, R56 - Years 2007-2014
Part: Tire pressure warning light

The tire pressure warning light that appears on the instrument panel of the Mini Cooper can be reset by inflating the tires to the optimal pressure value: this value is reported on the sticker attached to the driver's side door pillar. Once the tires are inflated to this pressure, you can go inside the cabin and turn on the instrument panel: you will need to press the BC button repeatedly on the lever to the left of the steering wheel until the "SET/INFO" message appears. At this point, you will need to select the option related to pressure and hold down the BC button again to complete the reset.
