To replace the fuel filler flap on a Mini, use one or more tools as levers; these should be used to lift the seal surrounding the flap, which is lodged in its housing. By lifting the seal, you will also be able to remove the flap, as these two pieces are connected. Once the seal and the fuel filler flap are removed, replace them by inserting the new seal and flap into the designated housing. Finally, check for proper functioning.
