Let's find out in this short video how to remove and replace the gear knob on the Mini Cooper F56, in the JCW version, by following these simple steps. First of all we get on board the car and start by removing the ring and the gearshift gaiter that we find on the base of the lever; then we grab the knob and go to pull it strongly upwards, in order to remove it, as shown in the video. At this point we separate the cap from the knob, in order to replace the latter; we just have to reassemble the new gear knob, applying the reverse disassembly procedure!
