Key Battery Replacement for BMW Mini

Model: Mini Mini F56, F57, F54, F55 - Years 2014-2023

Take the three-button key of the Mini; to change the battery, you need to extract the emergency key by pressing the button on the side of the key and simultaneously pulling it outwards. Then, using a screwdriver, remove the cover with the "Mini" logo by levering and pushing upwards until it unlocks. Once the cover is removed, still using the screwdriver, lift the cover above the battery by inserting the screwdriver into the slot. The battery model is CR 2032, so use a pointed object to lever the side of the battery until it lifts out. Then insert the new battery, close the cover, and reposition the outer cover.
