How to reset the service light on the Mini Countryman 2014

In the following guide dedicated to all of you owners of a first series Mini Countryman (year 2014) we will find out how to reset the service warning light correctly and without the intervention of a professional. First, enter the car and reach the driver's seat. Immediately after insert the key and press the ignition button twice in succession. At this point, press the button located at the end of the left stalk of the steering wheel several times to navigate the on-board menu and once you have identified the item relating to the total kilometers travelled, hold down the button located on the right side of the speedometer for five seconds. Finally, locate the oil light and complete the reset by pressing and holding the previously used left lever button again.
