Each pack contains two locking pins. You can find them at BMW dealers or on eBay with the code 403419692226: they cost £79.40 plus £12.00 for shipping.

For installation, clean them well, then remove the protective film from the adhesive insert, and use this to remove the old one (it is not as easy as it looks in the video: you will need a towel, pliers, and a bit of force to pull off the cover). Now, open the door to create counter-pressure.

The new pin fits in the same position.
