If the key for your Mitsubishi Mirage no longer works due to a completely dead battery, just carefully read the procedure below to replace the old battery with a new one. First, purchase a new CR2032 battery and also get a common flathead screwdriver.

Next, use the screwdriver to easily remove the protective back cover of the key. Finally, remove the old dead battery and insert the new one in its place.

Then, reattach the cover, and you are done.
