In order to disassemble the engine of the Moto Guzzi V40, you need to loosen the screws that fix it to the frame, so that it can be freed from the specific supports. Once the engine block has been freed, you can loosen the screws that fix the manifolds and also disconnect all the connectors. At this point, you can unscrew the cylinder heads and cylinders, so that the pistons inside can be freed from the connecting rods. These can then be removed from the crankshaft, accessing all the further components underneath.
