Below are the necessary instructions to remove and replace the diesel filter on the Volvo V40 1.6D, following these simple steps. First, open the bonnet and locate the diesel filter; then disconnect the various pipes from the filter, also disconnecting the electrical connector, as shown in the video.

At this point, unscrew the fastening screws to remove and replace the diesel filter with the new one, as well as the original; reconnect it, checking the condition of all the diesel pipes, and finally start the engine!
