Hello, today discover how to reset the "Service" light on your Volvo V40. Start by sitting in the driver's seat of the car. Then, turn the key in the ignition barrel to switch on the instrument cluster, without starting the engine. Next, press and hold the button located in the lower-central section of the instrument cluster until "S1" appears.

At this point, press the button again until the light disappears. When the light is no longer present on the instrument cluster, release the button, and you will have completed the reset procedure on your Volvo V40.
