Where is and how to reach the fuse box of a Nissan 240Z?

The fuse box of a Nissan 240Z is located inside the engine compartment, positioned on the driver's side, near the inner fender or firewall. To access it, open the hood by pulling the release lever located inside the cabin, usually under the dashboard, and make sure to secure it in place with the support rod. Once the hood is open, locate a small rectangular box with a plastic cover. This is the fuse container. The cover of the box can be removed by gently pulling it, being careful not to damage the fastening hooks. On the back of the cover, you will find a diagram that identifies the function of each fuse, making it easier to locate the one you need to check or replace. Before replacing a fuse, always make sure that the vehicle is turned off to avoid short circuits or damage to the electrical system. Use pliers to remove the faulty fuse and replace it with one of the same amperage. After replacement, close the cover of the box and check that all systems are functioning properly.
