Let's see how to build a canopy for a Nissan trade, replacing the existing (really ugly) one with a better looking and more functional one. We start by removing the old component, then cleaning and re-welding the attachments on the bed. We cut the vertical posts, the top crossbar, and 4 elements for the net frame. We assemble the main structure, create the frame for the net which will then be welded to the frame (here a blacksmith is needed to do the job professionally). We now check the stability and functionality. The final result is improved aesthetics, a more functional structure, the ability to attach and overlap sides, and better protection for the cabin. The key points of the project are the choice of materials, which were balanced between strength and weight; the optimization of spaces, and collaboration with a professional for the most critical tasks that required professional skills.
