If you have a business and are considering changing your car, you might think about registering it not as a car but as a goods vehicle. This means the registration category will no longer be M1 (the category for cars) but N1, which is for goods vehicles. This way, you can deduct various maintenance and operational costs of the vehicle. However, be aware that recent regulations from the tax agency have been introduced regarding the use of the vehicle as a goods vehicle. If the vehicle can carry up to four people and the body code is F0, it is no longer possible to register a car as a goods vehicle.
