Replace the Starter Motor on Micra

Model: Nissan Micra K11 - Years 1992-2002

Need to replace the starter motor on the Nissan Micra? Open and lift the front bonnet to access the starter motor. Disconnect the power terminals of the starter motor using pliers or a screwdriver, depending on the pressure of the clips. Unscrew the securing bolts of the starter motor with a socket wrench and remove it from the engine bay (access from below if there is limited space inside the engine bay). Fit the new starter motor by connecting the power cables and securing bolts. Test the correct operation by starting the engine.
