Let's see how to replace the front shock absorber on an Opel Astra. The first step to follow: we loosen the pins of the rim, lift the car on a column bridge and take off the wheel. Unscrew the locking pins of the shock absorber to the wheel hub with a socket wrench (remove the brake circuit tubes with a screwdriver). Now lower the car with the column bridge and unscrew the pins on the side (upper part of the shock absorber), remove the shock absorber from its housing. We separate the shock absorber from the spring with a special compression machine. Once everything is assembled, we move on to the assembly of the shock absorber on the car by proceeding backwards.

How do you adjust the clutch cable on the Kia Picanto?

To be able to adjust the clutch cable of the Kia Picanto you need to open the hood so that you have access to the components inside the engine compartment: in order to reach the cable you will need to remove some components on the right side, such as the battery and the air filter. Below them you will find the clutch cable, which will have to be adjusted by screwing or loosening the bolt placed at the end of the cable. This will make the pedal harder or softer; after the adjustment, it will be possible to assemble all the components by closing the hood.
