How to Remove the Side Mirror from the Opel Astra

Removing a mirror is quite simple and does not require special skills. First, press on the mirror to access the internal compartment. Insert your finger inside and with a gentle push, detach the mirror from its housing. Be careful with the electrical connections and disconnect them. Once done, simply insert the new mirror and reposition it. If you need to remove the entire mirror, act from the inside. Pull near the adjustment lever to detach the plastic cover, which will allow access to the screws that secure the mirror to the bodywork, enabling you to detach the mirror from the car. Always disconnect the electrical connections.
