Replacement of the external rearview mirror of the Opel Insignia

In a few simple steps, we will see how to disassemble and replace the external rearview mirror of the Opel Insignia. First of all, we open the front door of the car and start unscrewing the fixing screws that we find on the panel, as well as on the sides and on the handle; then we lever on the sides of the panel to detach it and remove it, disconnecting the handle cable and the electric connector of the window lifter switch, as shown in the video. At this point, we carry out the repair or replacement of the door lining or internal components.
