What to do when you have a broken mirror? Let's see how to remove the mirror from the Opel Insignia. Use a lever to remove the internal cover of the mirror (there are plastic clips) and unscrew the securing bolts with a suitable socket.

Once the securing bolts are removed, disconnect the electrical connectors for the mirror operation. Remove the mirror along with the electric wiring from the car door.

Refit the mirror with the screws, the adjustment cables, and the plastic cover onto the door panel. Adjust the mirror once the removal is complete.
