Reprogramming the key of an Opel Agila is a delicate operation, and it is advisable to rely on a professional. However, if you have a bit of knowledge in the field and want to try, all you need is a transponder programmer like the one in the video (KD900). Connect it to the OBD port of your Opel Zafira and insert the key to be programmed into the ignition barrel. The first step is to retrieve the "pin code". To do this, go to "obd operations", scroll down the menu to "opel" and select the model "zafira". Then click on "read pin code" and afterwards on "extract from ecu". Follow the instructions until the programmer successfully retrieves the "pin code". After extraction, the device will give you the option to "add key". Click on it and follow the instructions that appear on the programmer's screen. If everything goes well, simply insert the key and start the car.
